Using Oxara building technologies allows for significantly lower cost base than cement, no sand needs to be sourced, only locally available materials will be used - with a  performance superior to cement. Local testing has been completed successfully for completely cement free building. The construction engineering has been completed on the basis of the use of Oxara materials.
